Who can join?
All Real Estate property owners (Full-Member) and renters
(Associate-Members) within the Laurel Park Plats, bounded by the Kickemuit
River on the East, the East side of Metacom Avenue on the West, Clark Road and
Overhill Road on the south, Lincoln Avenue and Homestead Avenue (including side
streets off Homestead Avenue) together with members of their immediate
families, are eligible for membership upon payment of their initial fees and
receiving favorable ballot of the majority of the members present at a regular
meeting of the Association. (Rental
properties of greater then three units are excluded).
What Does it Cost? LPIA Membership dues for the 2011 season:
$150 annually per household $100 for senior citizens In order to meet the expenses of the association (property
taxes, etc.) dues are to be paid prior to April 1st this
allows the first tax payment to be made on time. With your membership you are automatically included in the many different events held by the LPIA on the beach or in the playground. Most with little or no additional cost.
What Do I Do To Join? First, complete the membership registration form Second, print out and either email or drop it off with your dues check to the treasurer, Pam Peddler. Her contact information along with all the officers can be found by clicking LPIA Officers
